At The Blue Lotus Practice, we aim to provide therapy to the highest professional and ethical standards. If you ever have concerns about your sessions, we encourage you to raise them.

Step 1: Talk to Your Therapist

Many concerns can be resolved by speaking directly with your therapist. You can raise your concerns during a session or request a short time outside of session to discuss them.

Step 2: Formal Complaint to The Blue Lotus Practice

If the issue cannot be resolved with your therapist, you may submit a Complaints Form below. We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 working days and provide a response within 28 days.

Step 3: External Body

If you feel your concern has not been resolved, you may contact your therapist’s professional body. Contact details will be provided on request.

We take all complaints seriously, and raising a concern will not affect your access to therapy at The Blue Lotus Practice.
